Had my first visit with Dr. McCarty on 9/23 was very impressed with him. He was polite and knowledgeable and seems to care about my concerns. He made me feel relax, due to other issues with medical care I felt I wasn't receiving before seeing him. So I am somewhat skeptical. Hoping to see that changes and the 4 stars will be 5 stars with no hesitation. The facility is small but neat and clean. Staff was polite. 2026 Have had several visits now with Dr. McCarty and he is top notch as a PCP. He is very caring and has an excellent bedside manner. He makes you feel that your health & well being is important and he will do all he can to make sure it stays that way. Monica his MA, always greets me with a smile and makes me feel comfortable in her preparations in getting me ready to see Dr. M. She has been excellent with also getting messages in a timely manner through the portal. I appreciate them both for the care they have given me. Banner Health Clinic in Florence is the best from start to finished.
I had an excellent experience with my appointment with Dr McCarty. He didn’t try and rush through my appointment. He listened to my questions and provided detailed answers to my questions in terms I could understand. He seemed genuinely concerned with my issues.
Everyone there was very courteous and helpful. Everything was right on time! Dr Kevon McCarty is the best doctor I have ever seen! He listened to my concerns and took care of all my health care needs. He is what all doctors should aspire to be!!!! Never been happier with a doctor visit than this one!!!!
The front desk staff was friendly and greeted me warmly upon arrival. I was brought back promptly at my appointment time. Dr. McCarty was in the room within 5 minutes after the nurse completed my vitals. He was personable, outgoing, and took a general interest in my health. He did not appear rushed but was efficient. He is an excellent doctor who takes the time to communicate with his patients, which is difficult to find these days. The only down side I can state is that I had to wait 6+ weeks to get in for my initial new patient appointment. But, that’s expected when you have an exceptional Dr. like Dr. McCarty. It was worth the wait and I consider myself lucky to be able to have him as my new primary care Dr.
This is a great clinic. Friendly staff. My provider, Arielle Sanger, is outstanding. Our collaborative relationship is exactly what I hope to achieve with a primary care provider.
