I just recently changed over to Helena Rd Dental and have been so pleased! Everyone there is so kind and very thorough. They are working with me on a treatment plan to give me back my smile! Dr. Roe and his team are fabulous at explaining everything and working with me and my insurance as well. I have never had a hard time with making appointments and have never had to wait long at their office. Highly recommend!
Dr. Roe and staff did an excellent job on my first visit. I have quite a few more to go but their kindness and professionalism is more than 5 stars. They will talk you through any concerns or questions you have and work within any situation you’re in.
Sam was so great and kind!! She was explaining what she was doing and why and taught me so much about my teeth! She reassured me that we would find a solution that fits me financially and was so personable with the advice she gave! I had a great experience and look forward to going back and having this be my permanent dentist office!!
Although this was my first time, I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs. Dr. Roe is the absolute best! The amount of care by Dr. Roe and his team made me feel at ease. He took time to go through my x-rays and explain each and everything he saw and formulate a plan in terms that I could understand while teaching me some things in the process.
Only dentist I trust with my chompers! Super kind and very gentle. Great to deal with and have had no insurance/payment issues. Highly recommend Helena Road Dental!
