Very poor customer service. They make you wait for ridiculously long times. Tell you to be there at 6am and no one here to register you so your procedure is late. We definitely could’ve slept longer and we have to PAY for this visit. Where is the pay for us waiting unnecessarily!? Conway regional needs to have back up plans for when people call in sick. Don’t punish the ones that were on time!!!! Highly recommend going somewhere else.
