I am an epileptic patient that was brought in due to having multiple seizures and one last up to 5 minutes. they refused to contact my neurologist about what medication can work my current epileptic medicine, refused to call to get information from my neurologist. after that I had two 5.5 minute seizures and they just stood at the front desk. No hell, left my partner at my bedside to panic and when they came, they just walked out. While other patients who didn’t even look like me and just had a headache got the absolute best care and attention. They,at some point, a couple months back refused to send my neurologist my er paperwork. I dislike going there but I have no other choice. I wouldn’t recommend them to any epileptic patient. They KNEW i had epilepsy, they should KNOW how to help with dangerously long epileptic episodes. They question my boyfriend like he caused my epilepsy. don’t waste your time unless you absolutely have to.

I heard this place was horrible and I should have went elsewhere. Well feeling the way I did I certainly didn’t want to drive an hour to be seen when there was an er like 3 miles from our room. After being seen there I don’t feel that I made the wrong decision by going there. They took all the steps necessary to address my illness. They ran test did bloodwork and did a ct scan of my stomach because of the pain I was having. I believe they did everything they could for me. Would I go back??? Yes I absolutely would. Dr.Jones and his nurse Diana were very good to me. Thank you all for taking such good care of me

I went in for severe kidney pains and they left me waiting for hours. Told their systems were down and the lab too. When I was walking out due to them skipping over me they then told me they have my lab results. Someone is lying about a situation along the line. Either you had them or you didn't. I'd give them less than one star if I could. I'm still in alot of pain and still ain't getting seen. Poor excuse for a hospital. Nasty dirty bathroom also. Pee on the floor and all over the toilet.
