Gave birth mid august my care team was great! The entire OB ward did a fabulous job after a lengthy labor. Super attentive. Very respectful. Though this hospital could be updated, the rooms were clean! Thank-you to the staff for taking care of me and my first baby! It was tough but this staff made us as comfortable as possible during our 4 day stay. Greatly appreciated, Ahéhee!
Probably the worst customer service I ever experienced the women that check people in are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered it almost sounds like they don't want to be there if that's the case than just quit I'm pretty sure their are other people who would want your job in a heart beat or would at least have a more professional attitude. All the staff in this hospital are rude and unprofessional 😒 it made me never want to step foot in this place again. If your going to be treated for a medical condition or medical issue you should at least be treated with respect, empathy, fairness and honesty communication unfortunately you're not going to get that here.
I called Friday asking if i need to make an appointment for my ankle the lady said no just come in on Monday morning to the Three store building first floor. Came in they told me to make an appointment in the morning I told they lady that the lady on the phone told me to just come in. Mind you i live 30-40 minutes away.
Called to make an appointment for pediatric got there in time but was a long line. Once it was our turn to sign in they told me the doctor couldn't see my child seconds after the nurse called her name. Then they tell me I was late and sent us on a wild good chase just to be told the they provider only sees patients 13 years and up... Now I have to call tomorrow to make another DANM appointment for my four year old.
So far I’ve had nothing but a good positive experience when I’ve been here. Receptionist are super helpful and friendly. The nurses are also very helpful, patient, and attentive. Give these guys pay raises and more days off! Definitely deserve it.
