Impressed with Keegan Draws replacement, Tracy Osborne. Professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and cares for her new patients . Listens and excellent people skills. Glad she is back in this area helping us old timers and all her patients. Gary B
Maria Reyes is an excellent provider. She listens and fits several topics and care giving into a 30 minute visit. Very pleased.
Upper back has been hurting for months. Now I'm shallow breathing because I can't breathe deep without severe pain. My PA Keegan Drawe never once has listened with a stethoscope. I even ask about that and he said "well you haven't been sick". I said "No, but I smoked for 45 years before I quit". I was ignored and he just looked at his laptop. Ordered me six Flexeril muscle relaxers and sent me on my way. Also after any and all X-rays or tests I've ever had done no follow up appointments were made. Which made me feel dismissed.
Tracy Osborne is the best! Thorough, patient, takes her time and listens. Her staff is attentive and on top of things.
Very friendly folks working there. Maria is great, very attentive. Only complaint, had to wait in the exam room 45 minutes before Maria came in.
