Dr. Patel is so sweet and very welcoming! She made me feel like family! I came in to just check the place out but now I’m transferring all of my prescriptions to her. She was fast and informative! Excellent service! Highly recommend!
The owner and Pharmacist of Forestdale Pharmacy is by far the best I have even used. She is very kind, understanding and will go out of her way to help. It literally feels like back in the day where you pharmacist actually knew you by name when you walk in and took the time to listen and explain things to you. You leave feeling like you’re a person and not a dollar sign. No lines and minimal wait time. The big pharmacies won’t even look at you when they speak to you and Forestdale pharmacy IS NOT like that, so everyone who tried of being dismissed, unheard, not helped or you feel like a dollar sign please take you business there. I promise you will thank me later.
I absolutely love this pharmacy. The personal experience is everything. The pharmacy tech goes above and beyond. I needed a prior authorization sent for my medication and she made sure that my doctor got the authorization and that was a great help for me.
